Ordering / Shipping Details

How to Order :

1. To begin shopping, find the first item you wish to purchase and enter the desired quantity in the field provided.

2. Press the button to add the item(s) to your shopping cart.

3. A new window will pop-up to confirm your selection. From there, you can proceed to the checkout or close the window to continue shopping. You can view your cart or checkout at any time by pressing any one of the buttons.

Note: If you're using pop-up blocker software, the confirmation window may not appear, but the items are still added to the cart.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

Payments:

We honour MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards.

Personal cheques are accepted but shipment will not occur until after your cheque is cleared.  Money orders will ensure quicker processing, if a credit card is not available.

Shipping:

Please note all prices include shipping and handling.

Orders within Canada and the U.S. are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise arranged. Courier service can be arranged, with the courier charged to the customer's invoice, unless a courier account number is available.

Orders from outside Canada and the US are subject to additional shipping fees. International customers are encouraged to place their orders by phone or email. Please contact CRFA at 1-800-387-5649, ext. 4215 or research@crfa.ca for more information.

Please allow two to four weeks for delivery.


Return Policy: 

If the product you order is not what you expected, you may return it for a full refund.  CRFA does not cover the cost of return shipping. Digital publications, the Restaurant Start-up Kit and the Food Safety Tool Kit are final sale.

 

Return Policy for University/College Bookstores: 

Return requests must be made within 10 months of the invoice date; Invoices must be paid in full before refunds can be requested; Books must be returned within 30 days of permission being granted. Returned books must be accompanied by invoice or invoice information (invoice number, date, and purchase price); Books must be in saleable condition; It is the customer’s responsibility to cover return shipping costs and to ensure that books are packed well to avoid damage in transit; A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
