New Brunswick to overhaul Liquor Control Act

(May 28/12) New Brunswick has decided it’s time for a complete review of the Liquor Control Act, following years of lobbying for reform by CRFA and licensees in the province.

CRFA and licensees are invited (PDF) to attend one of four consultation sessions held across the province to put forth recommendations. CRFA will then work closely with government on these suggestions for legislative change.

Have your say
We urge CRFA members to share their recommendations with us. Please forward your ideas to CRFA’s Atlantic Canada Vice President Luc Erjavec at luc@crfa.ca.
