(Jul. 24/12) CRFA continues to speak out against Newfoundland’s decision to eliminate secret ballot votes, without any consultation with the business community. This decision makes it easier to certify a workplace union in the province.
In addition to writing to Premier Dunderdale, CRFA voiced its opposition to Minister Responsible for the Labour Relations Agency Terry French and other Cabinet ministers.

CRFA is also part of a business coalition formed in opposition to the changes. The coalition has agreed on recommendations that could soften the impact of this new legislation.
