Letter: Concern over changes to Halifax’s waste bylaws

(Mar. 9/11) CRFA has written to Mayor Kelly and Councillors, expressing the foodservice industry’s concern over an upcoming bylaw on solid waste in Halifax Regional Municipality – specifically the new requirement for waste to be placed in clear plastic bags.
