Amended liquor service bylaw good news for Vancouver restaurants


(Dec. 16/09) Vancouver has dropped the controversial food-to-liquor ratio portion of its food primary liquor hours extension bylaw originally passed in October.  Contentious provisions on specific proportional sales in licensed restaurants have been eliminated.
