TORONTO – The Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association welcomes Mexico to the CRFA Show, March 6 – 8 in Toronto. The Ministry of Agriculture of Mexico is participating for the first time with a large pavilion of delicious products ranging from chocolate to Tequila.
With products from15 different companies, the pavilion will bring the tastiest and most innovative food from Mexico to excite the palates of Canadian restaurant-goers.The pavilion will feature Mexican chefs preparing fancy bites and beverages using all of the on-site products including:
Visitors will experience new flavours and learn how to incorporate them in menus at restaurants, hotels and kitchens. Fifteen producers from Mexico will be ready to discuss the benefits and advantages of their top-quality and healthy products.
